Husband's New Recurve- Classy!
#1
Greetings everyone,
I just wanted to share this picture with you.
This is my hubby's new recurve bow.
It is a PSE Impala (Heritage series) take-down recurve.
Isn't it gorgeous and classy?! Wow, even I love it..
There is just something about it...can't desscribe it...
it is just a beauty.
Have a good day everyone!

ok, trying this again. Here goes.

Sorry picture is the clearest, it just doesn't show well the real beauty of this bow. Well finally got the photo posted anyway; for you all to see.

Hey JimPic,
Thanks, I do have a new bow...just recently got it (March 3rd)
See the Archery forums in the "bowhunting section" go to page 4 and look for a topic titled "Just got my very first bow"
It is a Browning Micro Midas 4 ...But we are still trying to get the sight adjusted. (fine tuned)
Geesh, how long does it take to get it set correctly.A few times I wore my contacts when shooting the targetand the other time I wore my glasses, wonder if that would make just a tad bit of difference in trying
to dial in precisely the pins on the sight? My glasses are the no line bi-focal, but my contact is only for distance? Just curious? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'd sight in in wearing what you'd most likely be wearing while hunting-either the lenses or the contacts. You could be looking thru thebifocal lens and blurring thetarget out or if you're wearing the contacts you could be focusing on the pin--it's hard to say.I don't use sights so I can't be too much help.I'm sure somebody here will be of more help to you on that.
Now if you'd get a recurve like your husband's,you wouldn't have to worry about sights
