When I shottraditional I used a 3 fingered glove and anchored my index finger in the corner of my mouth. I tried the tab but it caused the string to catch my mustache.

I shoot a Neet superleather tab for hunting and hair tab for competition. The string comes off a tab smoother and is more accurate for me.
