Selling the Compound!
Hello,
I was recently introduced to the traditional scene by a good friend of mine. After one time of shooting his recurve and Bear Kodiak hunter, I was hooked. It is incredible how much more I enjoy shooting now that I don't have to worry if my peep is aligned with my sight, if I have the right yardage pin..etc. I have a lot more confidence now that i shoot instinctive and have had more success at the 3D range. If you have not tried traditional yet, I would encourage youto do so. What a Blast!!!

RE: Selling the Compound!
lone wolf, im right where you are in traditional. i love not needing to align anything or bump any sights or rests. i agree that traditional is alot more fun. my dad says i cant sell my compound until ive hunted 1 entire deer season with a longbow or recurve. that shouldnt be hard. im practicing everyday for about a month. ive built a longbow and recurve. you should try building a bow. its fun to shoot and lots of accomplishment.
