Default Another wood question

Sorry it seems like this topic comes up alot, but here it goes anyway where is a good place or book or website that I can learn all a person needs to know about shooting wood, straighting wood type of woodetc. I would like to try shooting woods out of my 56-57# falcon at 28.5" draw but I haven't got a clue about themand I don't want to spend alot of cash on something that isn't going to shoot good out of my bow. I have very few recurve shooters in my area that can help meand the few I do know of shoot aluminum or carbon, right know I shoot carbon and don't get me wrong they shoot well and are very durable but its just the traditional sense and feel that shooting woods would have and I would like to take my first deer or bear come next season with wood shafts and glue on broadheads. Thanks guys.
