You could ask 100 hunters and possibly get 100 different opinions. Some like 2 blades, some like 3, some like 4. Some prefer factory sharpened, some prefer to sharpen themselves. Every broadhead on the market boasts of kills made with them, and as long as the arrow is put in the right place and doesn't come apart it will do the job.
I prefer a pass-through myself, if I do my part right. I agree that a broadhead that stays inside the animal is only going to do more damage as the animal moves, but if you put a hole through both lungs it isn't going far regardless, and the blood trail will generally be better with two holes vs. one, especially if you shoot from a tree stand or other elevated position.
You summed it up nicely though--shoot what you are confident with.

In my post above i stated that i had ordered 130 grain grizzlys, no such thing, just wanted to clarify that when i called the company out of Ogden, Utah, the gentleman stated that they were out of the 125 gr. broadhead Grizzlys but they had some 130 gr., so thats what i ordered, after waiting a week i called them back to see what was taking so long, come to find out, they still did not send my order out, and i asked him about the 130's and he told me that grizzlys do not make 130's, only 125's, 145's 160's and 190's. This is the same guy that took my order prior. He said they were still out of 125's but had some 145's, so that is what i will be using for this upcoming elk season. I figure when i get done sharpening them they will probably be at 125grains.
