i tired to use some no plow one year and it sucked. nothing grew. but when i raked the soil, and then raked the seed in it worked alittle better.

Throw & Grow, No Plow, Secret Spot. All are pretty much a gimmick in my book. Can they work, yes. But none w/o proper soil preparation. Often more than is advertised. Its a perfect example of you get what you pay for. If your serious about a food plot, save yourself the dissappointment, and wasted $. Do it the right way. Soil test, prep the soil correctly, lime, fertlize, plant, cultipack. You'll feel better, and get alot more out of it down the road. Take it from a guy who tried the gimmick cheap methods, and ended up wasting time & $ before finally doing it right.

I have heard many mixed thoughts about this product. Had a buddy who used it and the deer hit it hard and it kept coming up. Then saw some other reviews that said it only grew about 2". I am probably gonna give this product a shot also.
