I got to wondering about that .233 BC so I went looking to see if it was a typo heres what I found

Weren't some of those powders recommended by Savage for the 10 ML? In larger quantity too, 43-45 grains. Hmmm? how much pressure is actually in those Savage loads?

While I dont have a pressure barrel the strain gage gives approxmately the same reading as my .270 with a max load and a130 bullet. Now I understand the vent liners better,friend of mine a very compitent shooter tried to sell the Savage to me after we tested it.Lee
