Default Hoyt cam and 1/2 change

I heard from a shop owner that next year Hoyt will probably switch to the Slam and 1/2 cams they are using on Reflex this year. I thought this sounds odd. I thought Hoyt always had the new stuff first. Anybody else heard anything about this?

Default RE: Hoyt cam and 1/2 change

Many times they will try new things on the lower line of products first. That way if they are no good they will not hurt the image of the company. It would surprise me if this happens.
