Default Bow stabilizer Insert

I have an XI bow that I bought about 6 years ago. I was not able to shoot for the last couple years due to medical reasons. Now Ive just had the bow tuned at my local pro shop and for the last two weeks everything is great. This morming im shooting and the stabilizer insert inside the bow constantly pulls out after two or three shots. It seems thats it was inserted into the bow initially, No screw type at all. ANy suggestions on how I can get the insert to stay permanently.

You can use red loc-tite on it....be sure too let it set up for a couple of hours before you shoot the bow! You can get it at a auto parts store or hardware store, make sure you use the RED loc-tite and not the blue!
I am not talking about the color of the bottle but the liquid inside.
