I Am Current Upgrading To A Mathews Switchback Which Is 33" ATA, Set At 60 lbs And 28" Draw. Manufacture Specifications Indicated IBO Of 318 fps At 70 lbs And 30" Draw Using 350 Grain Arrows. With This Information In Mind, How Should I Go About Determining The Best Arrow Weight? The Bow Is Exclusively Used For Hunting. I Am Currently Shooting Beman ICS 400 Hunters With 100 Grain Broadheads. I Am More Concerned About Accuracy And Energy (Pass Throughs) Rather Than Speed. Any Ideas Regarding Type & Weight Of Arrows Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Beman ics matrix 400. I think they are straighter, and I know that they are heavier, than the ics 400's. They will group better past 30 yards, too. Under 30, you really should be ok. If worried, shoot a cut to the tip head. G5 montec or simmons sharks fly best for my set up.

I like and use Game tracker 400 and friend uses the 350 they are also heavier then normal...the straightest and heaviest are the easton Kinkic Engery 2's but you will paya premium.

yuo should be fine with what you have. Also I'm shooing the same arrow 28" with 100gr tips and the total weight is 393 gr not 350. Download eastons shaft selection see.

I started myswitchback at 63 and I believe I'm at 65 now.

I also shoot a switchback.I shoot a 330 grain arrow(tip and all).at 65lbs.I have a 28 inch draw.75 grain tip.I shoot 280ft per sec.No problem going though hogs or acuracy I havent shot a deer yet
