Fletcher is fine, in particular they have anice big 3/16" for hunting.
I use the specialty archery peep that has interchangeable aperatures, so that I can use different sizes for target and hunting.
Clarifier peeps are also nice with some scopes. Though with the Specialty archery I can usualy find one size that works just like a lense.

If you're not using the rubber tubing, you might want to check out the Genesis peep. They have a "ball and socket" type of center so that if your peep housing isn't quite square to your face (slightly twisted) you can align the actual peep hole in line with your eye.
