Fletcher is fine, in particular they have anice big 3/16" for hunting.

I use the specialty archery peep that has interchangeable aperatures, so that I can use different sizes for target and hunting.

Clarifier peeps are also nice with some scopes. Though with the Specialty archery I can usualy find one size that works just like a lense.
