I would use the program to figure out the arrow i needed but it confused me soo...
28" draw length
55 lbs draw wieght.
1994 Oneida Phantom x-80
umm what else do you need to know?

This is kind of off subject, but how do you like your onida. I have allways ben interested in them but could not find enough feed back on them to make a final desison. Plus no one in my area cares the bows[>:]

Thats the program I got confused by. Whats a brace hieght, whats my cam type, whats my point weight, do i have an overdraw, and how do i know how long to make my arrow?

I think you need to go to a shop. You need to know your draw length, arrow length and poundage in order to get the right arrows. I don't know what type of cams you would choose with that bow, it really doesn't have cams that I know of? What is the IBO rating? That should give you an indication. If it's any where near 300 fps it would be a hard or single cam selection.
