had a new rest instlled and laser sighted, paper tested great went home, can't hit sh#. arrows seem to wobble a little in flight any suggestions. oh by the way it did this before the new rest, just figured the old rest got bumped or something. this really sucks considering when i bought the bow the tech did a quick set up and it shot perfectly

Shot perfectly at what distance. I assume you are talking about paper tuning. Well , it should be done at sevral distances from 4' to 15'. One distance does not get it. And now that I've started you need to give more detail about your setup. Bow, drawlength, peak weight. Arrow and length. Release? Fingers? Details my lad and we'll fill your every need.

i really appreciate this. thank you here goes: pse tsunami 50 lbs., 31 in. draw, tru fire release, whisker biscuit, gold tip 5575 with 125 grain tips, 29 in. by saying it shot perfectly when i bought the bow i mean the tech put on the rest, sights, peep, no paper test and i shot great at 20 yards. also first time i ever shot any bow. as for the new rest i paper tested it at 20 ft. only. my greatest concern is that my arrows are wobbling in flight it looks like all my arrows hit the target from different angles

oh yeah also had a new nock loop installed looks like my arrow goes downhill to the rest and the biscuit when viewed from the side seems to be tilted back a little. new peep also. should i assume the peep and nock loop are set up right?

Describe the "wobble."
Are your arrows porpoising (up and down action of nock end), fishtailing (side to side movement of nock end), spiraling (nock end is twisting in a circular motion,) etc?
Did you paper-tune the bow at the shop, or did someone at the shop shoot your bow in?

Sorry to hear about your problems. I would suggest going to Easton Archery's website and downloading the 'tuning guide'. This will help you from step one to ensure proper flight. Print the thing off at its a valuable tool in tuning your bow in. I'll post a link below.......good luck!

hntr, I'm going to go out on a limb here and ask another question. What is your wingspan or height. Wingspan is measured fingertip to fingertip with your back to a wall. It is usually close to your height. Divide this figure by 2.5. To have a CORRECT drawlength of 31" you would have to have a wingspan of 78" (6'6"). I hope you are this tall or someone sold you a bow that doesn't fit you well. If the bow's drawlength is not right then anything else doesn't matter. Too long a draw is usually normal for most people. They never get the accuracy they should because of it. And they are always looking for a magic arrow or something when all it is is a bad fitting bow.
Now to the arrows. You're slightly overspined but not greatly so. In fact, a little on the stiff side is better than underspined. You need to paper tune starting at about 4' from the bow. Make adjustments as necessary using Easton's Tuning and Maintenance Guide. Do not assume that your nock and rest are installed properly. Using a string loop your arrow should be approximately square to the string or just slightly high. All bows are a little different. Tilt the WB so your arrows are passing through it squarely.
Frankly if you are this new to archery I'd take it back to the shop to get some help tuning it. And pay attention and ask questions so you learn how to do this yourself. It's a great confidence builder when you can get a bow shooting well.

The WB is sometimes difficult to get tuned. In addition to the suggestions above, CAP's website has some tips:

Let us know how it works out for you.
Good luck,
