Try a different rest.
Seriously.
NAP 2000s IME are more trouble than they are worth. The 4000 works much better.
Also check your arrows. Make sure they are not bent. Make sure that none of the fletchings are loose. What is your FOC? What kind of fletching and length do you have? How heavy are your points?

tuning problem solved after 3 day of off on tuning i finally got it i read the easton tuning guide then i read the hoyt owner manual i put the rest so the nock was at 90 and then i keep getting up down tear in paper so i move the est in a bit and bingo.. why simple problems so hard[&:] bye the way i took it to the pro shop they were close but they had the nocking point 1/16th to high and the rest a little to far out..thank for all the help.also the whisker bisquit problem noise is gone
