Keep in mind that the Chocolate Addiction comes with a Hefty price tag and it is a pretty meaty release not well suited to the med to smaller hands IMO, I have seen many a fellow Men archers buy it only to resell it cause it was to large in the palm for them, it is well suited to the Archer with a larger hand and has a good rep with those it fits.

I use a hallow file handle and starter rope for mine. When I'm teaching anyone how to use a release properly, I make them their own. Taking the bow out of their hand can really let them concentrate on the release and what they are doing with it. It can help refine form and drawlength variables as well.
