I will take a Mighty Might VFT and a Liberty please....hold the salt....

Seriously, I love the new lineup...though I am particularly partial to the " Shorties" . I am also rather interested in seeing how some of the new components/designs add to the Bowtech lineup.

I like what Bowtech has accomplished in their short time in the industry. However, for my personal tastes the Patriot is still the best bow they ever made. So, I will hang on to my Patriot unless they come up with something that hits the following specs:

Patriot VFT Brace: 7& ¾” Peak weights: 50,60,70,80 Draw Lengths: 25-30 AtoA: 34” Mass Meight: 3lbs 12oz IBO speed: 320-328 FPS

I just can' t give up the brace height for a few extra fps. The Mighty Mite would fit the bill, but I just don' t shoot the shorties very well.

What do you here about the Freedom cam Jeff? A new config for a smoother draw?

Trushot,
That sounds about the jist of it!
Here' s some quotes I pulled from the first BowTech 2004 thread:.

" These two new bows will have a brand new ultra-smooth single-cam design with a 4” idler called the Freedom Cam. IBO speeds are in the low 300’s (still pretty damn respectable AFAIC)."
(JeffB)

" Ya' ll are gonna crap when you shoot the new bows. The Liberty is definately the smoothest drawing and smoothest shooting bow I' ve shot to date... (and no I haven' t shot every bow out there but I' ve shot quite a few)"
(He use the word Ya' ll.....Obviously BowTech_Shooter)

I guess that answers my question. No ' 04 bowtech for me

On the bright side, maybe I' ll find a good deal on a tall brace ' 03 BK.
