Interesting Broadhead " quality" observation
5Shot recently had a thread where he tested lessor quality heads for chits and giggles. I thought of it immediately over the weekend while I was in a Gaylans sporting goods store...
I was perusing their archery section looking for a bohning quiver quick release bracket (which they had, $3.99
), and noticed the only broadheads they had on the shelfs were those from Allen and Game Tracker. However, when I walked around an encap, I found a locked cabinet containing the " real" broadheads from Muzzy, Wasp, etc...
I thought it was funny that they locked up the good stuff and left the others as free game for the " bowhunter" low enough to shoplift. I guess it is the store' s way of getting back at them...
