When I was shooting yesterday there was a black gun rep a few lanes down. He was shooting and talking about the black gun sales velocity. I was shocked to learn that his company isn't taking ANY more gun orders. Period. They can manufacture around a 1,000 per annum and received 4,700 complete rifle orders since the election. WOW!!!!!

I can believe it. I'm glad I got one about 3 months ago. The gun shop where I do most of my buying has been swamped for the past couple of weeks. It takes you an hour just to get waited on. Of course he was alwaysbusy but now the place is always packed.

I was in "my" gun store buying a new pistol for my wife last night.....they were PACKED, it was unbelievable. I askedk if they'd been a little busy the past week and the guy just rolled his eyes.

So I got maybe a dumb question but here it goes. Does some of you think this is a "cry wolf" situation? I've got more guns than I need right now but really, do you all think this rush to buy guns is really justified? Before anyone slams me with a smart a$$ comment. #1 I voted for McClain and #2 I belong to the NRA. I'm just tossin this question out there.
