Default I hate the ripcord on bowtechs

I like for my arrows to go thru the berger holes. Maybe little above but not much. With a ripcord, they have the arrow so high that you cannot lower them enough without the forks slamming the riser. Anyone else?

Are the berger holes that much lower on binary cam bows than others? I think they are. With my bowtech liberty, they were higher.

I thought a rest was supposed to be able to hold an arrow even with the berger holes and still drop andbarely touch the riser.

Guess I will go back to QAD.

They actually moved them down closer to the grip in 07 I believe it was BC. The idea is to get the arrow closer to the grip, and createa more forgiving setup.

Thanks for the info. Still think the ripcord design sucks. They need to include another launcher like QAD does.

I have been doing this for years, regardless of the berger hole.It really is irrelevant to me.I always set my arrow up as low as possible.(I did try to shoot a vital bow gear ultimate fall away a couple years and it HAD to be set high)It did fine for a hunting bow but there was a noticable drop in forgiveness.

I wasn't able to get the 08 whammy as low as I like on my new Alphamax but it does go through the center. Many complain they can't get them that low on the BT.

My 07 Whammy is so low on my Xtec that my sight is just about out of adjustment.Man that thing is a shooter, but so is the AM.
