Drop away adjustment

Drop away adjustment

Well I shot my BH and I guess I need to lower my rest or raise my nock. What would be easier? And I have a drop away rest and im not sure how to adjust it so that when its up its lower then previous.

Lowering the rest is usually easier but that depends on the type of rest; "hard sayin' not knowin'."
