I have a mathews dxt 60 lbs. bow with a 27.5 inch draw. I use a 100 grain muzzy broadhead. What do you all think I am using a drop away rest and the arrow could probable be cut to 25 inches or so would the shorter arrow be good or bad. Also what vanes would you all recommend the blazers or standard5 inch vanes. Thanks in advance for help guys

Depends what you're shooting at, carbon or aluminum, price range, etc. Just by looking at your numbers, I think 25" + point/BD will be a tad too much overdraw for you, depends on the rest that you're using.
I drew 25" and my arrowscutted to 25.5 + point/BD for hunting. This gives me about 360 grains total on Carbon Express Maxima 250.

I would recommend the Maxima since I am shooting those. A little pricey, but well worth it. There are other smaller diameter shaft like Easton and Beman that are also very good. I used to shoot Gold Tip 55/75, but I get more consistence flight from the Maxima.

I went and got some beaman 400's they measured my arrow lenght at 26.5 this allows 1 " of arrow over end of my rest. So far so good thanks for the responses guys.
