Default Recommendations for a Peep?

What peep should I use if I don't want to use rubber tubing. I have used the double deuce in the past and liked it. Any other suggestions?

There are controversies on the meta peep as for it ovalling over time. For this I am not sure but have heard it. Maybe G5 has fixed the problem but just wanted to let ya know.

G5 Metapeep or the Flatcher Tru Peep are my top choices.

I've had my meta peep in for about 4 months....I've not had those issues, so I would assume they've been fixed.

Fletcher Tru peep is a lot cheaper and you will not even have to think about the ovaling issue. G5 claims that they have fixed the issue. I still have 1 in the package that they sent me to replace the one that ovaled on me.
