Default Arrow Length?

This may be a dump question but I'm new to bowhunting. I just got my first bow not too long ago as a package from huntersfriend.com. My question is with a 27" draw length how long should my arrows be? I ordered arrows from them and they cut them to 25.5", which seems pretty short but I could be wrong.

I cut mine an inch longer than the draw length. If they extend a bit past the riser, you should be ok.

I would be more concerned with how they spine out before I would start worrying on how short I can get them. I want the broadhead in front of my hand though. I have seen archers try to get the length as short as they can to eek out speed and end up messing with the spine of the arrow
