Forgive me for this one , but:
Finally upgradded to uni nock and am wondering if I need a tool to adjust them or just pliers ?? .

dude you dont even need pliers

you should be able to twist them with your thumb and forefinger if not place the nock on the bow string and twist them in the position you need.

Usually when you buy a pack of nocks they have a little plastic tool for indexing the nocks. Or as mentioned you can put them on the string and twist them. Sometimes they're a little tight for this though. Just depends.
