the saw is plenty good however you will need to use the right abrasive cutoff wheel specially designed for cutting carbon fiber arrows otherwise you will get a bad cut.

You can get them from Lancaster archery supply make sure you get the right shaft diamiter because these cut off disks are very brittle and will break easily.
