Default Solocam with little letoff

Hey guys I got a mathews Ovation that is not reaching 80% letoff with the peg moved to that position. Valley is very short and almost none existant. Any ideas on what needs to happen with the string and cable to solve this problem? Help would be greatly appreciated.
