The launcher is made out of Lexan. Experimenting with the plastic and so far it's holding up as well as aluminum and it's easier to cut
.
I recently got a Limb Driver to play with and it also works the same with the top limb actuating the launcher arm. It's a great rest that can be shot without the cord if it should break in the field but I doubt that will ever happen. The cord on the Limb Driver is string loop material and very strong. I've never had the cord or any rest parts break on mine and no,, I'm not selling any right now

I made this grip for my neighbor that wanted something with a little more "fat"
I goofed up on the right side of the grip so I had to remake it out of walnut
. He dosen't care if it was made out of pine so no big deal he says
. It has a higher wrist and is wider as compared to the stock BowTech grip.
