Default Trophy Ridge Dropzone Hunter?

Guys I just bought one of these rests for a decent price.(36.00) My question is can you connect this to your cable slide or does it "have to be served into the cable? I really want to try this baby out but if I don't like it I don't want to be out any more cash for having it installed. I think I can handle the cable slide/string adjustment, but the serving for me is a no no. Hope someone can help me out here.

Thanks, LT

It HAS to be served to the downward pulling cable. Your local pro shop would do it for next to nothing I would imagine.

I shot mine fora couple of years attached to the cable slide. It worked for me. When I got my new string/cables I had it served into the cable.

Apparently I stand corrected. That worked? I've always been told otherwise. Cool.

i really liked having mine on the cable. I had winners choice string and could not put it through the cable itself. I just tyed it to the cable as you would a string loop and then tied the knot and 1/4 inch above and below with dental flause it never moved on me. serve it in like you would a peep sight i just make sure i went around theknot severl time very tightly. hope this helps.
