Another vote for the Trophy Taker. I have the shakey model. They are suppose to have a new model out in between the shakey and normal. Its not on their site yet. Thats a photo from 3dshoots website from the ata show. http://www.3dshoots.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=100&stc=1&d=11 36519127

Gibblet,

It's a total-containment rest, as the arrow sits inside the arms. Upon drawing, the cable pulls the arms up into place, raising the arrow even with the burger buttons. At release, the arms spring back downward.

Greg, looks good. Question though. Why did you decide to thread yours into the down cable? I put mine through the hole on the cable slide. What I liked about this setup is how compact it all is once done. The rope hugs the slide and is less prone to catching on brush in the field.

For those of you who haven't tried this rest for hunting, you're missing out. There is not a better setup IMO. The only other rest out there as quiet or has the containment this thing does is the MZE.

Ever hear of Murphy's law? Just didn't want to take a chance on that tab snapping off when I'm at full draw on my next book buck. Probably would never, ever happen -- especially if the rest was set up exactly correct so that the draw strokepulled the string justenough to lift the arms into place and didn't keep pulling hard on it after that...

Cougars, I honestly don't know... but I'm guessing somewhere around $70-80.

Nice looking rest, but I will stick with my QAD for now.......I have had no issues with it. With the Twister the arrow will have to be loaded through it, I am not real keen on that.

Having said that, I am thinking of trying a Muzzy....at least just to say I tried one.[8D]
