POI lower with quickspins?

RE: POI lower with quickspins?
At what distance?
The quick spins are quite a bit heavier than standard vanes and they also create more drag than a standard vane so you could definetly see trajectory changes when shooting QS vanes as opposed to standard vanes.
You shouldn't see much inside 20 yards or so but it will definetly show up at farther distnaces.

What bigbulls said . Out to 20 yards I doubt youed see much diferance 1/2 inch maybe , but at 30 it might be 2 inches , and at 40 could be 5-6 inches . dont mix and match , make your arrows as close to identical as posable .

As stated above, there is definitely an increase in drag over a standard plastic fletch. I fletched six arrows for my son in law with 3 - 4” Quick Spins replacing 4” Hoyt vanes he was using. In this instance the Quick Spins were 10 fps slower when compared to the same size Hoyt fletching. As stated above this will make little difference at short yardage, but will make a substantial difference in impact at 30 to 40 yards. His accuracy improved quite a bit with the Quick Spins so he decided that the increase in accuracy with worth the minimal loss in speed.

I found quick spins to be a P.O.S.(piece of $#!@). Loud, weak, and slow. I had major drops at 35 yards compared to blazers and regular 4" vanes. Since most of my shots will be from 25 to 40 yards, quick spins wont work for me. They also fall apart afte a while.
