Default bow hunting newbie. what size arrows?

I just recently bought a reflex excuriosn bow. I have it set at 50lbs and 28 inch draw. So how heavy of a arrow, wieght of tip and nock would you suggest? Not any bow hunters around me to ask , so i figured i would here

If you want a lite arrow , a 500 spine and 75 grain heads should work .
A 400 spine and 100 or 125 grain heads would be fine allso .
