Default ? target bow arrow rest

Any suggestions for a arrow rest for a target bow? Setting up a constitution for pop-up 3-D and summer 3-D?

This is what will reside on my constitution, however this guy is shooting popup 3D, where you have a few seconds to make the shot. I would not go with any type of a blade rest on a bow used for this, I would instead go with a Shakey Hunter or something else that won't allow the arrow to fall off when drawing. There is no time to let down on a pop up course because an arrow popped off the blade.

I use a GKF Infiniti for my target shooting with a back tension release. When its windy and I'm using a caliper release, I switch bows and use a Cobra Diamondback fall away.

Muzzy Zero Effect!!!!

I could go on and on about why it's awesome , especially for popup 3d , but instead I'll just say this , the MZE has gotten me back into competition archery.
