I get to shoot a bunch of bows and when I decided to buy a new one this year it was between the allegiance and the AR34. The only reason the alleginace won is because it was faster and was a true dual cam. They both shot awesome, no hand shock, no jump, quiet, smoothe, etc... etc...

Basically it is a super shooting bow and I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. Actually I would choose the AR34 over most other bows made right now, including most bows made by the popular three manufacturers.

I've had 3 of my friends buy the AR's this year - they all had trouble with them. From excessive noise to broken limbs to faulty cams.

Try 1/16 nock high to start.

nock an arrow....hold teh TT up with the arrow on it and look down teh back of the bow. Line your eye up so that teh string completely bisects the riser taps in all 3 places on the back....now glance at the arrow. If the arrow is not also bisected by the string adjust it so it is.

That will get ya shootin'...provided you have the proper spined and matched arrows.

I have 2 AR34 ram.5s. One camo and one blade for indoor and 3D. I love them.

How bad is your right tear? I have a Bowtech Defender with a QAD Ultra Rest on it and I always get about a 1/4" right tear during paper tuning. I can't adjust my rest any farther to the left.. The thing shoots broadheads and fieldpoints in the same spot out to 40 yards. I haven't tried farther with broadheads. Try shooting it at a target before you get too frustrated with paper tuning.
