I am putting a schaffer tec fall away rest on my 05 ultratec, and I was wondering if creeping can cause problems with fall aways? I know that the prongs are suppose to be at full height when at full draw, but what could happen to your arrow flight and tuning if you were to creep a little such as in a hunting situation where things can happen fast. Just curious. Thanks and good luck this season.

On a fall-away rest, it shouldn't start to fall until the string moves forward about 2-3 inches. So....unless you really creep a lot, I think you're safe.
I use a Trophy Taker fall-away and I have a habit of creeping, but I can still shoot very accurate without any problems.

Get rid of the creeping problem!
I believe there are two things to look at if you are creeping...
Draw length is too long.
Or you are holding too long andanticipating the shot.
I bet its the first one....you may only be off by a fraction of an inch, but there is a reason your hand is creeping forward. Try to find a good solid bone-to-bone anchor (which may be slightly forward of your current one) and see if that doesnt cure the creep.
Best of luck!

I agree with Mattiac. Two of the leading reasons for target panic are creeping and dropping the bow arm. Work on your form before you need to work on target panic which is much harder to correct.
