More weight, less speed. Get rid of it. You can try a string if you want but I too have had 1 come unraveled almost at full draw. The arrow too off and hit a huge rock about 15 feet in front of me and went another 200 yards through the woods probably. Who knows, I never found it.

I tried one and found it to be easy to put on and does not stretch, but it was very noisey and you lose FPS. I like a string loop alot better!!!!!!
