Ha ha ha, holy cow! You sure as heck wouldnt wanna come to MY studio then! My waiting list is well over a year. I wish it werent, but glad to have the work too.

Some taxidermists (like me) suggest the customer take the antlers home with them. That, I believe, seems to help take the edge off, as you can fondle them while you wait for the taxidermist to get to you.

I hope August comes soon enough for you, and that you absolutely love your finished mount. Good luck!

Sheesh...The taxidermist I use only takes 3-5 months MAX. My full bear mount was done in 94 days.

Of course, they do 4-500 bears/year...LOL

They do good work, too.

Wow........ I must have the patience of a saint. Bill Yox is mounting three animals for me and I'll have a good wait.

I will also have the animals for many many many years. Good quality work is worth the wait. Bill does the best work I've ever seen. Sure, Id like to get them back soon...but that kind of quality cant be rushed.

Mine will be done when its my turn. Bill, call me when they are done. Til then I'll have to wait and be happy that in the end I'll have top quality art on my wall. The deer deserves it...and damn-it SO DO I.....HA HA
