FWIW we are talking about manboy thats a real taxidermist, not a hobbyist like you'd be. So your mount wouldn't compare anyway. To me I'm with you its just a bad idea all the way around. But some folks don't care. So in the end its really a capitalist thing-- he can make bucks, and why not take all the bucks you can from the folks that I consider ignorant in my books.

Luknikk, being a NYer, I didnt know about the Sussex joke until I started goofing with the local taxidermists in your state. Theyre a good bunch of guys. Sounds like you could have some deer in your backyard, once you chase the bears out of the front yard, that is!

Yep the bears are a pain in the ass...Wait according to campbell we don't have a bear problem in this state....My kid 14 twice had a 400 lb male 10 yds from his stand. Never heard someone breath so heavy before.Kids a trooper though he'll still walk in the dark to his stand with no worries. Thats what I like to see.

You sir, are correct. Go back and look at the first post that started this thread. It was a question. Don't bait yourself so quick.
