I've been feeding my girl Canidae for over a year. Not one complaint.

I was always told to feed the best you could afford, and by best, that's whoever's opinion. Here's a link to a site that rated dog foods on a bunch of factors.

What do you all think of Iams large breed puppy / adult for a Yellow Lab?
Just curious because thats what I'm feeding my dog now (the puppy brand for now). I'm feeding him the recommended amount daily, but whenI put it down for him he acts like he hasnt eaten for days. I feed him 3 cups in the morning and 2 at night. Should I try and feed him more? He's about 65 lbs.and pretty active....

I wouldn't feed him anymore. I have an English mastiff and I feed him 4 cups in the morning and at night. he's about 170 lbs. I think that as long as you dont keepa dish of food out all the time thats the way they eat.
I use to feed my mastiff eukanuba which i thought to be the best on the market then i heard from my pet store that they quit carring it because they changed the formula. It has alot of fillers now.
I think that Iams and eukanuba are owned be the same company now. Im not an expert on dog food but im sure they are fine. I heard that the soup for the dogs soul is a good brand too, but my dog wouldn't eat it.
