Hey Everyone,

I have just moved to North Carolina a little bit more than 2 months ago. Can anyone share some good spots to go hunting. I live near Charlotte and Gastonia. Just looking to meet some fellow hunter from around my area and find some good hunting spots.

Scott, go to http://www.wildlife.state.nc.us/fs_index_04_hunting.htm and click on maps in the top bar, then click on the "2" on the NC map. There are several public game lands and a national forest near you.

I've got you on the waiting list, but you are about 30th on the list. I doubt you will get in this year.
