Opinions of Arizona Court Ruling

I have not seen any posts here regarding the recent Arizona court ruling, as well as USO's pressure on Nevada and Montana regarding nonresident tags. What is your opinion of all this?

Zim, most of us on here are not from AZ or NV. How about giving us so details or a link that we can read the court's ruling. Then you'll get plenty of responses.
