Is anyone finding any sheds in V.a yet.I've talked to a few people in the northern states that are finding sheds already and have been since the middle of dec.Just wondering if anyone is seeing bucks that have shed or finding any.

I have not found any sheds yet, but I did shoot a small buck in mid December and when I grabbed his antler it came right off in my hand. I also had two bucks right under my stand near Christmas time that had already shed. I was looking right down on top of their heads and it was easy to tell they had shed and were not just buttons.

I have not found any here in Southhampton, Southeastern VA. We did kill a buck that had alread shed at the end of the season, someone shot it for a big doe, 120lbs. I hope to go out next weekend and walk around.

Where do you hunt in Southampton? I hunt near Capron near the racetrack.

I'm hoping for the snow sunday, ill go walk around and see what kinda deer are roaming around

None here yet. I hunt mainly from Orange Co. on up to Loudon.
