I need some help! I am relocating from Tennessee to the Austin area for work and wondered if anyone could lend some advice or know of some oppertunities down there for a place to hunt. I am leaving 1800 acers of family owned land in Tennessee and have no idea about Texas hunting or where to start the learning process so any help would be great! Both myself and my little boy would be thankfull!

If you will be moving in the Austin area, you will be moving to the edge of the Texas hill country. You should have no problem finding a place to hunt (however it is so commercialized these days). I know a few people for day hunting in the Burnett, Llano area....Shoot me a pm if you need anymore info...I will help you in any way that I can....
