I live in Alabama and we have 3 different ruts. And I'm not talking about pre-rut, full-rut, and post-rut. I'm talking about 3 completely different ruts. Within a 30 mile radius of where I live there is a Nov, Dec, & Jan rut. Are there any other states that have this or are we just lucky?

i'd have to say we have atleast 2 here! by january i'm tagged out, so i don't know about the third one!

When I tell people from other states about this, they act like I have no idea what I'm talking about. The hunting club I joined this year tells me that their rut is mid december. But less than 10 miles from there, the rut is in november. And 20 miles north of there, the rut is in January....last week of January.
