I wouldn't call the folkssitting in trucksand drinking beer on the side of the road hunters. In fact they are outlaws and don't care about hunting. All they seem to care about is killing. Killing is not hunting. Trespassing is illegal for a reason, so is littering, and destruction of private property. A leason in ethics andmore sportsman like quailities would keep the deer doggersfrom facing new laws banningthe activity.

Since Virginia has appointed new VDGIF leaders, it appears that the dept. is finally starting to care about all citizens and the way in which it's dept. is being viewed. In past days they generally sat on their duff and collected a check, allowing issues to resolve themselves or not be resolved at all. Hopefully, that type of management style is a thing of the past. I really believe 2008 will be a good year for all who like to hunt deer in Virgina. New regs, (any will be a help) should help control the idiots who call themselves hunters. Good luck hunting!
