I dont know about IP in Texas but here in AR you are not allowed to build any permanent structures on their land. I am sure it is the same over there. I have been in a few huntin' leases on their land and we didnt have any "private" land next door to put clubhouse etc on. So you might try and look for their land with some private land close even if it is only a few acres, that way you put a cabin or whatever on. Also make sure that you guys who are gonna get in have no violations on your record, that screwed us once as well, we didnt know that one guy had points on his and we were declined, kinda frustrating, the norm with IP here. Anyway just my itty bitty input.
