Ok. Guys need help
I am going on a hunt in beckham co. OK. and was trying to find some imfo on how good the hunting is. Its in Sayre ok. outside of elk city.Any feedback would help out thanks.Has the rut kicked in? Is it a one buck co. or can you take a buck and a doe?The hunt will be opening week of gun season.Thanks Texastracker.

If you are hunting North of I-40 you can take a doe on the first or last weekend. If you will be hunting South of I-40 you are limited to the first and last day day of the season. I can't help you on deer numbers but the rut is starting to heat up here in the west central part of the State. Check the regulations because Oklahoma is broke up into units that don't follow county boundries. Good luck
