Muzzle Loader isSPECIAL Quota just like Archery. You were deniedREGULARquota which is gun. You will get a muzzleloader permit in the mail and it will say "Special Quota Permit", but you will also get your denial letter for Regular quota which gives you preference next year(you'll get picked first before everyone who wasn't denied the year before). It works out well that way. You can at least count on the fact that every other year you will get what you want if you get denied the year before. Good luck this year!!!

Thanks Big Boar..Only 15 hunters are allowed to hunt that area per given day..So I was fortunate to draw a permit.

that means your gonna get the muzz. permit in the mail. on the second phase you can put in for another gun hunt on july 23 and your preference will still be good for next year.
