Does anybody know what the current Va state record buck is and where it was harvested?

i think it was muzzleloader kill by a guy named smith killed near skyline drive. score was over 250". not sure which county. this was around 5-7 years ago.

Seems like I remember some speculation that the guy actually shot the buck in the Shenandoah Nat'l Park....of course he claims he did'nt. Does anyone know what the state record weight for a black bear is? There was a black bear killed in Franklin County a few weeks agothat weighed 585#'s. I would think that would have to rank fairly high.
