Default SEEING ANY ANTLERS ON BUCKS YET?

Anyone seeing antlers yet? Ive seen a couple already and they are looking good. Im getting psyched because I didnt see any on my property last year, but have seen some good ones in the past.

saw a 4 point that had been run over as i was going into town today. saw a small buck with horns (looked like they might fork) today on way back home. saw one just down from the house last week and he looked like he might be an 8 point. hope he hangs around for me to find out later! but with the log trucks going by at 55 or better, he had better watch out. had 4 killed last year within sight of the house, one a nice 4 pt. that had walked down my driveway with a spike and a doe a few days earlier. they looked into the garage at my suv, guess they were seeing who to watch out for!

Sounds like you have a lot of deer in your area.

Seen two already while I was out hunting hogs. The 8 pointer I saw last year already has 4 knobs showin' and there's a spike or a fork coming.

psycho--Dallas county is always in the top 5 counties in the state as far as deer kill numbers go. it's nothing to see up to a dozen deer in the 9 miles to town. have to put up electric fence to keep the deer out of my garden, and sometimes they just charge thru to get the peas and corn. neighbor has a pear tree and the only pears he gets are at the top of the tree. i set and watch the deer eat them under the nitelite. 12 point there last year, but noone saw him during daytime!
